Catch the ski bus to Loveland Ski Area at any one of two Denver pickup locations; Union Station in downtown Denver, and the Wooly Mammoth Park and Ride by Morrison. We'll load your gear into our custom ski and snowboard racks while you get comfortable inside the ski bus (reclining seats are everyone's friend). During the bus trip to Loveland you can relax and enjoy the amazing views as our professional driver naviagates the mountain roads.
You get to arrive at Loveland Ski Area fresh and ready to explore it's vast terrain. With a designated learning area it makes a wonderful ski resort to learn the basics of skiing or snowboarding. Also available are excellent rental packages including one that comes with snow gear like gloves, jacket, goggles, and more - it's called the Day Tripper.
If you're after more challenging terrain head over to the North side of the resort, past the famous Eisenhower Tunnel (or rather over it). Chair 4 and 8 have access to some great terrain for advanced and intermediate riders. Looking for more? Pretty much all of Loveland Ski Area is surrounded by a massive ridge just littered with double black runs, you know, the good stuff if you like cliffs, steeps and drop offs!
After your day of riding you can wind down at either of Loveland's 2 bars for some apre relaxation. Rumor has it a few beers really helps with the aches and pains associated with learning how to ski or snowboad! Then it's back on the ski bus to Denver where you can continue relaxing and ignore the notorious I-70 traffic nightmare.
